Our custom molded earpieces are available in two styles. The Full Skeleton is our most popular style shown above on the left. It is the least conspicuous of the two. The Full Shell version is shown in the ordering options below. It is more substantial and can be easier to handle. Both styles will provide a secure and comfortable fit and stay securely in place.
Custom earpieces for the MD Hearing Aid "Thin Tubing"
Our standard earpieces are made for the "Thin" tubing. We will send you a "Home Impression Kit", with all the instructions, to make an impression your ear. You then send your impressions, along with a set of extra tubes that came with your hearing aids, to our lab. If you don't have any extra tubes, contact MD to obtain a set, to send with your impressions.
Shown to the left is a finished custom earpiece made from our home impression kit.
Note: if you have an older MD hearing aid with the larger tubing, mention that in the notes of your order.
How do I order a custom earpiece for my earphones?
Click on the blue Shop Now button below the product offered. If placing and order for two or more sets of earpieces, let us know if the earpieces are for the same person for left and right ears. If for another person, please specify the name for each person. All these notes can be added in the comment section at check-out.
Once your order is received, we will ship an impression kit to make an impression of your ear(s). Mail the completed impressions to our lab using the postage paid mailing materials or to the address at the bottom of the lab order form. We will use your impressions to make a reverse casting and return to you a set of custom made earpieces that will fit on your MD Hearing Aids and are guaranteed to give you the comfort and convenience you have been looking for.
