Our earpiece will provide a comfortable fit. No more generic eartips...our earpiece is custom made to fit your ear.
Our earpiece will eliminate the need for the earhook. The custom earpiece will hold the bluetooth securely and comfortably in the ear without any additional loops or hooks over the top of the ear.
Our earpiece will substantially increase caller volume and block more ambient noise. With our earpiece you will be turning your volume down.
How do I order a custom earpiece for my Jawbone ICON Bluetooth?
At the bottom of this page you will see the order button for the Jawbone ICON Custom Earpiece. Enter your order with your choice of color. If placing an order for two or more earpieces please let us know if the earpieces are for the same ear or for the left and right ears. If for another person please specify the name and color for each person. Let us know if you have the ICON HD instead of the basic version. All these notes can be added in the "Ordering Instructions" block on the order page.
Once your order is received we will ship an impression kit to make a custom impression of your ear. Mail the completed impression to our lab using the postage paid
mailing materials we provide. We will return to you a custom made earpiece that will fit on your Jawbone ICON Earset and is guaranteed to give you the comfort and convenience you have been looking for.

Got a custom molded earpiece from y’all for my Aliph Jawbone Icon Thinker. Great fit, don’t know how I ever did without it.
Today I left it on top of the car and drove off in a hurry. When I realized what I had done I went back and after some looking, found it in the street. Apparently several cars had run over the assembly. The Icon is plastic crumbs and interesting electronic parts. The earpiece works fine, fits in my ear, shows no damage, all looks well and once I get a new Icon it will be just great!
